Common questions
How does the free trial work?
You’ll have full access to every feature for 14 days, with no payment required today. There’s no subscription, so you won’t be charged automatically. After your trial, unlock Overview+ with a one-time purchase if you want to keep using it. Until then your schedule stays visible, but adding and editing are paused. Nothing is deleted.
Is this a subscription?
No. The unlock is a single purchase that’s yours for good, with nothing that renews.
I bought Overview+ but it’s asking me to unlock again.
Open Settings in Overview+ and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought it with.
Can my family use my purchase?
Yes. The unlock supports Family Sharing, so members of your Family Sharing group can use it on their own devices.
How do I add my Google, Outlook or work calendar?
Overview+ shows the calendars on your iPhone. Open the Settings app, go to Apps › Calendar › Calendar Accounts, and add your account with Calendars turned on. Then return to Overview+ and choose which calendars to show in Settings › Calendars.
My tasks or birthdays aren’t showing.
Tasks come from the Reminders app and birthdays from Contacts. Check that Overview+ is allowed to use them in the Settings app under Apps › Overview+. For contacts, choose Full Access so every birthday appears.
How do I hear my Daily Briefing?
Tap Daily Briefing on the Overview card, or ask Siri: “What’s my day in Overview+”.
Does the Daily Briefing use AI? Is my information sent anywhere?
The Daily Briefing is put together on your iPhone or iPad, and nothing about it leaves your device. Overview+ first writes the briefing from your own calendar, tasks, birthdays and weather. On devices with Apple Intelligence, Apple’s built-in on-device model then rewords it to sound natural. Overview+ checks that the reworded version still has your exact times and details, and reads the original if it doesn’t. The briefing is spoken by your device’s own voices, including your Personal Voice if you’ve set one up. There are no Overview+ servers, nothing is sent to an outside AI service, and nothing is used to train anything. Without Apple Intelligence, you hear the same briefing word for word.
What happens to my data?
It stays on your devices. Overview+ has no accounts or servers and doesn’t collect your information. See the privacy policy for details.
